The Tri Color Rifle
This was my first build. Shot this rifle against a number of other rifle like it, but I wanted everyone to know this one was mine. I wore Tri colored camis my whole Marine enlistment. Digital camis came in as I was getting out. The idea was to match the rifle to my camis with a large pattern, that soon was scaled down to gave the rifle more then just colors overlapping each other. Very pleased with the outcome of the job. I have removed the hand guards and cleaned the coated barrel. The finish still looks like new even after heating up the barrel while shooting and cleaning it with a rag and a little oil. Will be using it again soon in a number of two and three day fighting rifle classes. Very happy with the work.
