TEC Industrial is a full-service precision manufacturing and finishing company offering laser cutting, press brake forming, CNC milling and turning, fabrication, laser engraving, powder coating, and certified Cerakote application — all performed in-house.

Operating from a 13,000 square foot manufacturing facility alongside a dedicated 7,500 square foot powder coating and Cerakote finishing facility, we control every stage of production from raw material to final finish.

Our Cerakote division combines trained technicians, engineered surface preparation, CNC manufacturing, laser processing, and a dedicated robotic application cell to deliver consistent film thickness, uniform coverage, and high-performance finishes across both prototype and production environments.

Cerakote at TEC is not an add-on service, it is a controlled manufacturing process integrated into a complete production workflow.

Surface Preparation, Stripping & Process Control

Coating performance begins with preparation. TEC Industrial provides complete surface preparation including:

• Precision cleaning and degreasing
• Controlled blast profiles
• GreenSolv chemical stripping for coating removal and refinishing
• Detailed masking of critical surfaces and threaded features
• Cure cycles per Cerakote manufacturer specifications
• Inspection for adhesion, coverage, and finish quality

GreenSolv stripping allows safe and effective removal of existing coatings while preserving substrate integrity. This supports refinishing programs, color changes, warranty work, and production corrections without compromising base material performance. We approach finishing as an engineered process — not cosmetic paint.

Unlike stand-alone applicators, TEC Industrial manufactures components in-house prior to finishing within our 13,000 sq ft production facility.

• Hyd-Mech CNC bandsaw for precision bar and structural cutting
• Scotchman upcut saw for accurate aluminum and extrusion cutting

Controlling material preparation in-house ensures consistency, reduces waste, and improves downstream machining accuracy.

Laser Cutting & Forming

• 4000W Trumpf TruLaser 2030 fiber laser (5' × 10' capacity)
• Trumpf 3100 press brake (100–110 ton, 3060mm bend length, ±0.3° accuracy)

CNC Milling & Turning

• (3) Haas VF-4SS vertical machining centers
• (2) Haas VF-3 vertical machining centers
• (1) Haas VF-6 vertical machining center
• (1) Haas ST-35Y CNC lathe with live tooling

Our mill-turn capability enables complex components to be completed in a single setup, reducing secondary operations and improving dimensional accuracy.

Laser Engraving & Permanent Marking

• 100W MOPA fiber laser engraver with expanded X-axis
